Registration Fees
Conference registration fees paid on/before September 25, 2008 will be $200.  After that date the fees increase to $225.  Your fees can now be paid online.   Click here to pay:
Speakers approved for workshop presentations will receive a separate registration form.

Cancellations
No refunds made for cancellations.  Substitutions welcome.  Please notify of substitution before October 3, 2008.

Upon receipt of your registration form in our office we will e-mail you a confirmation form that includes the necessary payment information including an option to pay securely online.
